Mushroomhead speelde in juni 2002 op het Nederlandse Ozzfest. We hadden een interview met Mushroomhead's Skinny en J Man over hun agressieve geluid dat uit Cleveland USA komt:

"There is a really strong heavy metal hardcore scene and I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that it's very blue collar and working class. There's a lot of struggles involved, so the music is very aggressive - as a sort of release I suppose."
